Keeler Tavern Museum & History Center's new series, Tavern Culture: One Sip at a Time, recreates historic tavern culture through a combination of lively programming and food and drink tastings. Gather with family and friends to eat, drink, and be merry at the museum!

On Friday, March 27, KTM&HC Chief Curator Catherine Prescott will be joined by Frank Dean, a craft cocktail educator, hospitality consultant, and co-owner and co-founder of 1928 Cocktail Club in Branford. Together, they'll discuss rum-drinking in American culture, from the 18th century through today. The program includes a drink demonstration, and attendees will sample hand-crafted cocktails that represent historic and modern-day rum-drinking practices.

Doors open at 6:30pm for light refreshments; program and tasting run from 7-8pm. Registrants must be 21 or older.
